NDA-IQ provides an automated analysis tool for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Our service uses artificial intelligence to identify potential risks and unusual clauses within uploaded documents. The service is provided "as is" and is intended to assist, not replace, professional legal review.

NDA-IQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The reports, risk scores, and suggestions generated by our service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an attorney-client relationship. You should not rely upon this information as a substitute for professional legal advice from a licensed attorney.

3. User Obligations

You verify that you have the right to upload and analyze any documents you submit to NDA-IQ. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that contains malware or malicious code.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDA-IQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from any reliance on the information provided by the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any analysis.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Document Processing & Retention

When you upload an NDA for analysis, it is processed transiently in our secure memory. We do not store your documents. Once the analysis report is generated and delivered to you, the uploaded file and its text content are permanently deleted from our systems.

2. No Model Training

Your documents, data, and analysis results are never used to train our AI models. We respect the confidentiality of your agreements and ensure that your data remains yours alone.

3. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Usage Logs: We log that a check occurred (timestamp, file type, size) for performance monitoring and billing, but we do not log the content or text of the document.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we store your name, email, and billing details securely.

4. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing, including TLS encryption for all data in transit.
